I have just sent the following message to the Bridge and The Campfire community -

I had the idea of writing a book that energised me last summer. I have been waiting for the right time to start writing it and it appears that this is the right time. Or it is as good as any 😉

So I wanted to announce this to make it real. There is debate about the title but I am starting with Work, Naturally — a guide to working in harmony with your nature.

Thank you for being witness to this 🙂

The following is a personal reflection on the question of why I want to write this book. You may yet find its honesty useful. It may help strengthen our relationship. If you are drawn to read more or you are bored or actively put off by what I write you should follow your feelings. But take a pause and breathe. Pay attention to your feelings and see what comes into your conscious mind. See what lies under your feelings and what it can teach you. Separate out the unhelpful, particularly those that involve judgement of yourself; of me; ideas you do not like or anything else in the world. Look at them with curiosity and kindness…
