Why your desire for financial freedom is getting in your way
So you imagine what it would be like not to have to start work at 9am.
Or go into the office 5 days a week. Or work from home which is a bit better but you still need to get the work done so you’re tied to your desk.
And on and on… until… you’ve paid off the mortgage or you can just about get by with the private pension you have managed to build up. In about 15 years time. Hopefully.
So what is the solution?
That nirvana of financial freedom.
So you can retire or choose a career that isn’t based on how much you can earn.
It is a red herring which only serves to trap you more.

What business would generate a similar (or preferably greater) income than my contracting income?
What could I do? How can I use my business analysis skills or contacts?
