Thanks Max. I hadn’t encountered your articles before. I use nature as inspiration and follow its rhythms where rest, integration, learning and adaptation is built in.

Consider winter and sleep as two such obvious examples.

I spend time on short walks in nature (my local park) most days to provide space for intuition which rarely fails me. Although I am always surprised by what comes up — what I need to know which is often not what was on my mind.

I have been writing about these on medium to lead by example. I have been reflecting on my emotions in particular, some difficult such as anger and disgust, and the insights they give me.
